باتت قناة نادي الأهلي المصري مهددة بالإغلاق بسبب الديون الكبيرة التي ألمت بها وعدم وجود مبالغ مالية تستطيع من خلالها دفع المستحقات المطلوبة. ظهر ذلك بعدما تعثرت في إذاعة مباراة فريقها الأول وإنبي في مسابقة الدوري المصري لعدم تسديد المبالغ المستحقة للبث الفضائي، إضافة إلى عدم وجود إعلانات.
