تراجع معدّل إشغال الفنادق في بيروت 17.2 في المئة على صعيد سنويّ إلى 52.6 في المئة في شهر آذار 2013، وهو المعدّل الأدنى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا. وشهدت مدينة بيروت، وفق تقرير «س.ت.ر غلوبال» الأخير، انخفاضاً بنسبة 34.9 في المئة في معيار الإيرادات اليوميّة عن كلّ غرفة متوافرة (RevPAR) إلى 79.89 دولاراً، وهو رابع أعلى تعرفة في المنطقة. <br …
