الميزانية المالية الرسمية التي تقدم للأندية السعودية تعتبر قليلة جداً وصعب أن يحصل معها أي تطوير للرياضة في الأندية وإنما هي تبقي الحال على ما هو عليه دون تطوير، هذا الأمر يخص 90% من الأندية السعودية التي لا يوجد لمعظمها لا رئيس ولا هيئة أعضاء شرف يصرفون على النادي. ـ والأمر في الظاهر تتحمله وزارة المالية والخافي لا يعلمه إلا الله. ـ والأمر المعقول…
