كانت مجرد مصادفة أن التقي بفكرة، على إثرها اتخذت قراري على عجل قبيل تأخري.تقدمت بطلب يحمل اسمي وبصمتي، موقعة و ممهورة من مختار حينا، كما سجلتها في ديوان البلدية، وصدقتها من مديرية المنطقة، ودفعت ما ترتب علي من ضرائب مالية، بحسب القانون والأصول، بعد إجراء دراسة كاملة من أحد الفروع الأمنية المعنية بهذا الشأن، وسماح خطي بأمر من السيد المحافظ. كل هذه…
