ليس غريباً أن يفرط الذئب بالعناد ، وأن تأتي ليلاه ترشّ عليه البُن ، باتت استعارة مبتذلة ، وللمجاز نكهة أخرى ، كما عكّا ..في درك الذكرى ثمة خيبات وانتكاسات ترقص من فرط الضجر ، كل شيء في حين ما ينزع عنه قشرته ، ويهوى وطناً وشكلاً آخر ، ومن هم باقون في الغور يا ذئبي ، دمهم عليك حرام ، وشعرهم على صعالكة الكوفة حرام ، أطفئ تبغك ، أنا ابنة المسكين ألماً…
