الشخصية العراقية وأضطراب الوعيجكمت مهدي يدعي الكثير من الأفراد الثقافة دون أن يعرف ماهيتها. فهو بمجرد تعلم بعض أشياء وحفظ من كتاب أو من صحيفة أو سمع موضوعا أو قرأ بضع صفحات ليعتبر نفسه واهما أنه عرف كل شيء.ثم أن هناك من حصل على شهادة مرموقة في التعليم وتخصص في مجال معين لكنه لم يمتلك ادوات التثقيف لتشذيب شخصيته من الترهلات الفكرية وبقايا الجهل…
