رسالة عزيزي عماد عبد اللطيف .لا ادري ان كان العراق يستحّقُ ذلك ، أم لا .ولكنّني أعتذرُ لك ، ولجميع أقرانكَ ( وهُم كثيرون ، كثيرون جداً ) ، عن كل العمل المخلص ، الذي قمتَ به طيلة 45 عاما من الخدمة الحكوميّة ، ( المدنية والعسكرية ) ، في هذا البلد .عزيزي عماد عبد اللطيف .كنتُ أعرفُ منذ أمدٍ بعيد ، العديد من الحقائق " المطلقة " ، التي تتحكّم بهذا العالم…
