■ تورّط شقيقي (23 عاماً)، في قضية تعاطي مؤثر عقلي، وأصدرت بحقه محكمة الجنايات حكماً بالحبس لمدة سنة، وابعاده عن الدولة، وأيدت محكمة الاستئناف الحكم، وشقيقي طالب جامعي وبقي له عامان لاكمال دراسته، هل يمكن تأجيل أمر الإبعاد بحقه إلى أن يستكمل دراسته، ما هي الجهة التي يمكنها النظر في ذلك، وهل هناك شروط لتوقيف قرار الإبعاد، خصوصاً أنه ولد هنا، وعائلتنا…
